If a student cannot attend the class they registered for, they are welcome to reschedule to another class of the same level within a year of their original registration. Because the In-person classes have very limited space, rescheduling for In-person will only be allowed when space is available. Online classes have unlimited space available. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the deposit fee of $175 which is retained for office expenses.
If a client has to cancel a session, they are welcome to reschedule for another day. If that is not possible, a full refund will be given to the original form of payment if the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
